  Link   The London Islamic Network for the Environment (LINE)
LINE is the UK's first local Islamic environmental groups. They hold open monthly forums in central London. Activities inclue educational talks and workshops, climate change campaigning, and ethically orientated food and social events.

The Islamic Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization was set up by the 10th (OIC)Islamic Conference of Foreign Ministers held in Fez during May 1979.

Centre for Science and Environment (CSE) is an independent, Indian public interest organisation which aims to increase public awareness on science, technology, environment and development. The Centre was started in 1980.

Other India Bookstore was set up in 1986 by a group of young scholars from India who revolted against the continued domination and control of the country’s academic life and intellectual culture by the West.
