Constellations is the quarterly newsletter and journal of IMASE. Launched in Spring 2010, it is available in electronic format at no cost on our website and features original papers, short articles, letters, event reports and opinion pieces. 

The dual academic and journalistic structure connects writers and academics Ummahwide. It creates a space where Muslim perspectives on scientific, societal and technological developments are able to deepen, conflict, refine, illuminate and influence.

We employ a light touch editorial stance allowing for diversity of opinions, for all truths are with The Convener of Truths, to whom we leave all judgement.  We believe in engagement and dialogue with the other, and do not practice censorship unless the writer(s) are not in accordance with the Islamic concept of adab or proper engagement rules.
