Introducing Constellations, The IMASE Journal and Newsletter
A constellation is a group of celestial bodies, often stars. We hope that with the publication of this newsletter and journal, we are able to search untapped existing stars within our own community. We look forward to connecting these stars, providing them the opportunity to communicate with and learn from each other, thereby increasing the intensity of their inner ‘light’.
A constellation is a set of stars that are aligned to form shapes and symmetry; we hope to align and support the stars in our community depending on their ability and without making much judgement. A constellation is made of stars shining radiantly; we hope to provide an avenue for our own stars to shine brighter and serve as beacons of God’s Mercy and Knowledge. A constellation was a guide for travellers in the past; we hope to be the path on which God’s light shines, guiding us to His Light.
Finally, a constellation is an array of stars, and our “s” added to constellation turns us into Constellations to reflect our diversity. We practice diversity of opinions in our work, irrespective of whether or not we agree with them, for all truths are with the Convener of Truths to whom we leave all judgement.
In line with our objectives, our contents, inshâ’Allâh, would include:
Articles – descriptions of current original research or material
Review Articles and Papers – not original research but results of other paper(s), article(s) or book(s)
Trends and Current Opinion – presenting an accurate and unbiased view of current issues in a scientific and technical manner
Journal Papers – original works in the areas of concern for IMASE
